Our model

We equip leaders to excel by providing highly customized executive coaching services.  Our clients are generally smart, fast-moving executives who are masters in their technical fields, but who want to elevate their people-leadership to the next level. 

Usually, this means helping leaders to develop the high-leverage intangibles that differentiate the great leaders from the rest.  These high-impact capacities are:

purpose: a strong internal compass of what matters to them and why;

integrity: actions that consistently line up with stated values;

focus: the ability to focus time and effort on what is critically important;

resonance: the ability to understand, reach and inspire a vast spectrum of people;

long-term orientation: the skill to think and act strategically;

steadfastness: the ability to effectively navigate through conflict and emotion;

presence: a blend of confidence and humility; and

fitness: sustained energy and well-being.

A typical coaching engagement lasts six months to one year, during which we provide each client:

assistance clarifying coaching goals

an in-depth initial assessment

a customized developmental program

ongoing insight, support and challenge

guidance on building mechanisms to sustain

     change

ad-hoc consulting after the formal program has

     ended

Because our coaches are also experienced organizational consultants, we use frameworks that are business-relevant and effective in the world of work.
